The full-sized bed is piled high upon a base of painted mattresses and the jewel tones are carried over to the antique cedar-lined dresser/writing desk. A small foot-stool helps you climb up into this exceptionally high bed or read a tale of fact or fantasy in the side chair next to the eastern exposure window. Although this room has high ceilings, it is a little short on floor space and is generally designated as a single occupancy room only, but couples are also welcome.
